Standard Rates
At the end of your free trial new property listings will cost £40* each (if details are entered via our management system) or £60* if we have to carry out the data input on your behalf. (Just call us, post or email your property details to us).
Priority Listings - allocated on a points basis
Get to the top of our search engine by submitting comprehensive details & regularly updating your listings, on this basis standard listings can achieve a maximum of 5 points. In addition you can pay for points at a rate of £20 per point per listing.

Use your management system to alter the details for a property & automatically update not only ours but every web listing you subscribe to.
